PoultryPlan Marketing AI Privacy Policy

How PoultryPlan Marketing AI accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This privacy policy explains how PoultryPlan Marketing AI (“the app”), operated by PoultryPlan B.V., accesses, uses, stores, shares and protects Google user data. It applies only to PoultryPlan Marketing AI. Our general privacy and cookie policy for the PoultryPlan website and software is available on our Terms & Policies page.

1. About PoultryPlan Marketing AI

PoultryPlan Marketing AI is an internal marketing tool of PoultryPlan B.V. It connects to Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console through OAuth 2.0 and the official Google APIs. Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors allow authorized PoultryPlan employees to retrieve and analyze PoultryPlan’s own marketing data through an AI chatbot.

The app is used only by authorized PoultryPlan personnel for PoultryPlan’s own Google accounts. It is not offered to the public or to customers.

2. Google user data the app accesses

The app requests only the following OAuth scopes. For each scope we describe the data accessed and why it is needed.

Google Ads API: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords

  • Data accessed: advertising account identifiers and names, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, bidding and campaign settings, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, costs and conversions.

  • Why: to report on and analyze the performance of PoultryPlan’s advertising campaigns and to prepare optimization recommendations.

  • Changes: the app only makes changes to campaigns, budgets or settings when an authorized PoultryPlan employee explicitly requests a change, reviews the proposed change and confirms it. The app never makes changes on its own.

Google Analytics: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly

  • Data accessed: read-only access to Google Analytics reports for PoultryPlan’s properties, such as website traffic, sessions, page views, events, conversions, engagement metrics and traffic sources.

  • Why: to analyze website performance and the results of marketing activities.

Google Search Console: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly

  • Data accessed: read-only access to search performance data for PoultryPlan’s verified websites, such as search queries, landing pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rates and average positions.

  • Why: to monitor organic search visibility and identify content and SEO improvements.

To authenticate API requests, the app also processes the Google account email address of the connected PoultryPlan account and the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google.

3. How the app uses Google user data

Google user data is used only to provide the app’s user-facing features:

  • Answering questions from authorized PoultryPlan employees about campaign, website and search performance.

  • Generating reports, summaries and recommendations.

  • Preparing campaign changes in Google Ads that are applied only after explicit confirmation by an authorized employee.

Google user data is not used for advertising, for building user profiles, for credit or lending decisions, or for any purpose other than the features described above.

4. AI processing

When an authorized employee asks the app a question, the Google user data needed to answer it is sent to the AI service used for that conversation. The AI service providers used are Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT and the OpenAI API) and Google (Gemini).

OAuth tokens, credentials and secrets are never included in AI prompts. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.

5. Storage, security and retention

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on the server that runs PoultryPlan’s MCP connectors. They are accessible only to authorized systems and personnel and are never shared with AI services.

Data retrieved from Google APIs is processed temporarily to answer a request and is not stored separately by PoultryPlan. Answers may remain in the conversation history of the AI service used, subject to that service’s terms.

Access to the app is restricted to authorized PoultryPlan personnel. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption of stored credentials and access control, to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

OAuth tokens are retained until access is revoked or the connection is removed. Any other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purposes above, subject to applicable legal obligations.

6. Sharing of Google user data

PoultryPlan does not sell Google user data and does not share it with third parties, except with the service providers below, only as needed to provide the app’s features:

  • Anthropic, OpenAI and Google (AI services): receive the content of an employee’s request together with the Google user data needed to answer it, in order to generate the response.

  • The hosting provider of PoultryPlan’s MCP connector server: stores the encrypted OAuth tokens and processes Google API responses, in order to run the connectors.

Google user data may also be disclosed if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case the recipient remains bound by this policy.

7. Limited Use disclosure

PoultryPlan Marketing AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular: Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features described in this policy; it is not transferred to others except as described above; it is not used for advertising; and PoultryPlan personnel do not read Google user data except when an authorized employee requests an analysis through the app, when necessary for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

8. Revoking access and deleting data

Access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After access is revoked, the app stops making API requests with that authorization and the related tokens are deleted.

Requests to delete data or questions about stored data can be sent to info@poultryplan.com. We respond to such requests within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or the data it uses changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Material changes that affect how Google user data is used will be reflected here before they take effect.
